We believe there is hope for everyone always…

Through booking and staying with us we will make a donation on your behalf to our Pathway Programme and give opportunities to people from all backgrounds.

Through working closely with local charities and organisations we can help vulnerable and displaced people give value and and grow through reciprocity. 

We provide a “Pathway” for people from all backgrounds to add value and learn… no matter of your situation our framework can help you towards your potential. 

Through providing opportunity and support we can create meaningful communities and a “Pathway” to education, employment and entrepreneurship; 

Whilst doing good for the environment… rescuing & breeding some feathered and fluffy animals… & creating a caring community. Magic stuff!

From Tree Planting with the Woodland Trust...

The Woodland Trust has supported our ‘Pathway Programme’ by donating trees and man power to teach our Rangers how to plant and grow trees on the Farm. 

  • Support & Funding from the Woodland Trust
  • A team of Rangers from all backgrounds adding value and learning
  • As we dug we spoke about our issues and challenges in life
  • We worked on our team work and communication to achieve a goal
  • We all had a sense of legacy and creating something special for generations to come
  • We ended the day with a sense of achievement
  • We promised to do more and planned in other digs
  • We are on a mission to plant 10,000's of trees over the years to come
To building homes for our animals...

A full day workshop on building hutches, handling tools, solution design and teamwork

  • 2 Day Mission To Build Hutches & Coops
  • A team of Rangers from all backgrounds adding value and learning
  • We salvaged parts and items from the farm
  • We worked on our team work and communication to achieve a goal
  • We worked on our self-confidence
  • We ended the day with a sense of achievement
  • We provided a safe home to our animals
To rescuing ex-battery hens...

A full day workshop on rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing ex-battery hens. It was the first time these hens had grass under their feet… 

  • A team of Rangers from all backgrounds adding value and learning
  • We rescued the hens with the help of Fresh Start For Hens
  • We transported them to their new homes and provided shelter
  • We did health checks and rehab for the chickens
  • We ended the day with a sense of achievement and a wonderful sense of value
  • We provided a safe home to our animals

Your Pathway Support

From you staying with SILVA you are supporting our Pathway Programme.

Your donations are used for travel, for logistics, for subsidence, for spaces and tools. For workshops, education and employment opportunities for people from vunerable groups and
